What's the duration of this course?
Remote program briefing followed by 6 days along 3 different modules, about one month in between.
Then 2 follow-up calls to anchor improvements.
Total program duration of 5 to 6 months.

Module 2: Growing the Business (2 days)
- Strengthening Team Dynamics for Peak Performance: enhance team collaboration and productivity by fostering a culture of innovation, creativity, and simplicity.
- Business Decision Techniques
- Change Management: acquire the skills necessary to navigate change effectively, and how to lead your team through uncertainty, including scenarios of crisis.
Module 3: Growing Teams (2 days)
- Strategic Decision-Making: grow your decision-making skills and learn how to apply them to enhance individual and collective performance:

- Generating a culture of positive conflict
- Coaching & Mentoring for team development
- Harnessing the power of collective intelligence

What are the access terms and deadlines?
How to register for the course:
Pre-register online through the dedicated session webpage.
Pre-registration must be received at least 10 working days before the start of the session.
After receiving your pre-registration, Airbus Beyond will conduct a KYC check if your company, entity, or invoicing address has not been cleared previously. This process may take a few days.
Please note that your registration is confirmed only after your company has completed the Airbus KYC process and after you receive a registration confirmation email from Airbus Beyond. We advise against making any reservations.
Cancellation policy
You must give four weeks' written notice of cancellation to avoid a cancellation fee.
If you cancel within two to four weeks of the start of the course, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
If you cancel within two weeks of the start of the course or do not show up for the course, you will not be refunded.
Name changes are accepted at any time.
Airbus Beyond cancellation policy
Airbus Beyond reserves the right to cancel any course up to four weeks prior to course commencement.
If Airbus Beyond cancels a course, you will be fully refunded.
Airbus Beyond is not responsible for any other expenses incurred by course participants (i.e. airfare or hotel charges).
